are now selecting contestants to participate in this
year’s MISS MICHIGAN
TEEN USA® state
pageant,
t he official preliminary to the prestigious M
ISS TEEN USA® pageant.
You
could be among these contestants!
If you are a natural born female,
single (never married, never had a child), a United
States citizen, a resident of the state of Michigan,
and meet the age requirements*, we invite you to APPLY
TODAY! Our program is designed to be an
excellent vehicle for advancing your career and
personal goals. As a contestant, you will be judged
in three equal categories consisting of Personal
Interview, Swimsuit, and Evening Wear, and you
will participate in two exciting stage shows. Performing
talent is not a requirement.
The 2011 MISS
MICHIGAN TEEN USA state event will
be held September 10-11, 2010,
at the Power
Center for the performing Arts on the campus
of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
This will prove to be one of
the most exciting weekends of your life!
To
become a contestant, submit the information
below and attach a recent photo.
Your
photo does not need to be professional. Please make
sure the attached file is not over 3MB is size.
If you do not have a digital version of your photo, or would like to
submit your application by mail pleasey downloal the form below and mail
it along with you photo to the pageant office. Any photo submitted by
mail will not be returned.

the following information: name, age, birthday, address (city, state,
zip), phone, cell, e-mail, occupation, school, and a list of hobbies. Please
include name and state on the back of photo.
